DA3 Validator Programming System for NV9-NV200 & BV20-BV100

A new validator programming system (VPS) with integrated memory and comprehensive functions to program bank note validators and with a PC connector for USB interface, as well as to copy data to/from various media like DA3 memory, bank note validators and memory cards (not included in the equipment).

Versions:
00. International: For all currency data records (also single Euro records). The currency data sets can be downloaded for free from the website and saved to the DA3 via SD card or DA2 kit. Delivery without SD card. See note below.
01. EURO Smart Update: All euro currency data sets for all ITL banknote readers. DA3 is preconfigured and automatically selects the correct Euro currency data set for the connected ITL banknote model. No settings are overwritten, but only the currency data record is updated. SD card with EURO currencies included.

The DA3 is a programming system designed to enable the programming of bank note validators in the field without use of a PC, for supported products. Many datasets and firmware files for different validator models can be stored on the DA3 programming box.
Once the DA3 has been programmed, the user can:
Update the existing software within a validator using the BNV Match Download Function. For example, a validator already programmed for UK notes can be updated with the latest available UK dataset automatically. All custom settings will remain the same i.e. the number of pulses set and the special interface within the validator will not be changed.
Overwrite the stored software within a validator with pre-selected (tagged) files using the BNV Overwrite Download Function. For example, a validator programmed for UK notes with binary interface can be reprogrammed for Euro with the cc-Talk interface. Test the functionality of the validator away from the host machine. There are also two memory card slots to enable simple programming of the DA3 by the memory card away from a PC.
