A unique closure system ensures that when opening the cash register, the banknotes in the bag are automatically closed. The banknotes can only be removed if the bag is cut open. Each bag has a serial number (barcode) which ensures that the bag can not be exchanged. A camera in the TEBS checkout the barcode when changing the bag. This can be used to record when and by whom the banknote pocket is removed and a new empty pocket is inserted.
